1. Digital Products & Online Courses
All our courses, workshops, and digital learning materials are digital products delivered online. Due to the nature of digital content:
- Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Once a course is accessed, downloaded, or attended (live or recorded), it is considered used.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- The course content has not been significantly accessed
- There is a technical issue from our side that prevents access and cannot be resolved
Refund approval is at the sole discretion of AI Singularity Gurukul.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Downloaded or accessed digital courses
- Live workshops or bootcamps once started
- Subscription fees already billed
- Customized, one-on-one mentoring or consulting sessions
4. Payments & Processing
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Cancellations
- You may cancel future subscriptions at any time to avoid further charges.
- Cancellation does not qualify for a refund of previous payments.
6. Marketplace (Future Scope)
When our AI marketplace launches, refund and return terms for third-party AI products or services will be governed by the individual creator's policy. AI Singularity Gurukul will act as a platform and is not responsible for creator-specific refund decisions unless stated otherwise.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
